REFLECTION ONE: Emotional Self-Management
For me, the emotions that are most difficult to manage when others disagree with me are:
- I feel frustrated and upset.
- I feel disapointed that I can not convince others to agree with my point of view.
- I feel bother, my face immediately changes.
I deal with these by:
- Encouraging myself that it is ok to experience a new viewpoint.
- By tryiing to understand others may disagree with me.
- When I feel bother, I motivate myself by telling myself "That my idea is good, but others are entitled to their own.
